Terms of Stay

Reservations can be made via the website, email, telephone or other official channels.

A reservation is confirmed once written confirmation has been received and the payment terms specified in the offer have been met.

The payment terms, including the deposit and deadlines, are clearly stated during the booking process and in the reservation confirmation.

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT and tourist tax, unless otherwise stated.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the price remains unchanged, except in the case of changes requested by the guest.

Cancellation conditions depend on the selected offer and are clearly stated in the reservation confirmation.

As a rule, reservations include a deposit, with the remaining amount paid before arrival.

Reservation changes are possible subject to availability and may affect the total stay price.

Before arrival, a card pre-authorisation may be made as security against any damage (€200–500, depending on the unit). The amount is automatically released after departure if no damage is identified.

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Early arrival and late departure are possible subject to availability, by prior arrangement.

Entry to the property is via a keyless system. The guest receives the access code on the day of arrival.

A personal welcome and a brief tour of the space are also available on request.

The reservation holder must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all guests included in the stay.

The accommodation is intended exclusively for the guests listed in the reservation.

The stay of unregistered persons is permitted only with prior approval.

The space is designed as an extension of nature — we hope you will experience it that way.

The guest is liable for any damage caused during the stay, including damage caused by people or pets they are responsible for.

The cost of repair, cleaning or replacement is charged at the actual amount.

In the case of damage that affects future reservations, the guest also bears the related costs.

We kindly ask guests to respect the calm and natural surroundings, particularly in the evening hours.

Parties, loud gatherings and behaviour that disturbs others are not permitted.

Smaller gatherings are possible by prior arrangement.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

The use of candles is permitted only with care and never unattended.

The use of grills and open fire is permitted only in the designated areas.

Pets are possible by prior arrangement and adjustment of the reservation.

Owners are responsible for the behaviour and any damage caused by their pets.

For the safety of guests and the protection of property, exterior areas of the property may be under video surveillance.

Interior spaces are not under surveillance.

We kindly ask guests to report any issues during their stay so that they can be addressed as soon as possible.

A written complaint can be submitted by email to info@montecora.com or by post to Zeleno srce d.o.o., Novi Goljak 16, Zagreb. We respond to complaints within 15 days.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate the provision of services in the event of a serious breach of these terms, inappropriate behaviour or damage to property.

In such cases, the guest is not entitled to a refund for the unused portion of the stay.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.

Any disputes will be resolved amicably, otherwise the competent court at the registered seat of the service provider has jurisdiction.

By confirming the reservation, the guest confirms that they are familiar with these terms and accept them in full.
